Ruim een jaar na haar overlijden staat Shannen’s huis in Malibu in te koop voor zo’n $9.45 miljoen, de makelaar is Shannen’s goede vriend Chris Cortazzo. Shannen kocht het huis in 2004 voor $2.56 miljoen ook via Chris en woonde er tot haar overlijden. Het huis heeft 3 slaapkamer, 3 badkamers en binnen enkele minuten ben je op het strand.
