Het is bekend geworden dat de opnames van de pilot aflevering van de nieuwe ‘Charmed’ serie zullen plaats vinden van 19 maart tot 4 april in Vancouver, Canada.<\/p>\n
“The original Charmed series consisted of a trio of sisters, who were \u2018the Charmed Ones\u2019, who discover that they\u2019re witches, and use their powers for to protect society from evil spirits and beings. It lasted on a high note for eight seasons until 2006.<\/p>\n
The cast will be entirely new, following the same style of alliteration the original sisters had. Instead of Piper, Paige, Phoebe, and Prue, this time it\u2019ll be Macy, Mel, and Madison. The new series will be set in present day.<\/p>\n
There has been some controversy over the fact that the original series is being remade, partly because nothing will compare to the real thing and partly because it\u2019s a whole new cast.<\/p>\n
It\u2019ll be aired by the CW network, and written by the same duo who wrote Jane the Virgin, Jessica O\u2019Toole and Amy Rardin. They\u2019ve described it as a \u201cfierce, funny, feminist reboot.\u201d<\/p>\n
