The Mistresses alum will show up in Ten Years Later, the sequel to the streaming video site\u2019s First Day of Camp (which was a continuation of the 2001 cult comedy movie).<\/p>\n
The new season \u2014 set in 1991, or a decade after the events of the original film \u2014 will consist of eight 30-minute episode; it\u2019s slated to return in 2017.<\/p>\n
Executive producers David Wain and Michael Showalter, who penned last year\u2019s prequel-themed First Day of Camp, will once again write all eight episodes. Per Deadline, most of the series\u2019 cast (including Bradley Cooper, Elizabeth Banks, Christopher Meloni and Amy Poehler) also will return.<\/p>\n
In the past, Wain told TVLine that he and Showalter would \u201clove to keep going,\u201d adding that \u201ccamp is a very fertile area for so many. For us, I don\u2019t think we\u2019ll ever run out of stories to tell about these characters.\u201d
