\nNadat Phoebe haar baan in New York City verlies besluit ze terug te verhuizen naar San Francisco om bij haar Zussen Prue en Piper te gaan wonen. Die wonen na de dood van hun oma enkele maanden geleden in haar huis en Prue is niet blij met de terugkeer van har zus. Tijdens haar eerste nacht in het huis vindt Phoebe een boek over hekserij & magie het ‘Book of Shadows’ en leest daarin een spreuk hardop uit. Hierdoor ontvangen de drie zussen de magische krachten die ze altijd al moeten hebben. Nu moeten ze omgaan met het feit dat ze heksen zijn en het het kwaad gaan bestrijden. <\/p>\n
